Analyse the infographic and answer below the analysis questions. 2 https://edureach101.com/4cs-21st-century-learning/ 3 4C’S 21st Century Skills ▹ These four C’s are the guiding principles behind our digital literacy goals for students. 4 ANALYSIS Let’s start? “ What did you understand about the 4C’s of 21st Century Skills as illustrated? 6 4C’S Critical Thinking ▹ ▹ Critical Thinking refers to students’ abilities to analyze, interpret, evaluate, make decisions and solve problems (Fisher, 2011). Fahmi et al. (2019) emphasized the teaching of how to conduct research that starts with simple stages to find a conclusion or knowledge which will make the classroom learning interesting and able to train student critical thinking skills. 7 4C’S Communication ▹ ▹ Communication refers to students’ ability to share information while expressing their thoughts and opinions clearly to others. According to Büyükbaykal (2015), developments in communication that integrate technology play a vital role in social relationships and generate new educational opportunities. Hi 8 4C’S Creativity ▹ ▹ Creativity involves skills such as brainstorming, strengthening ideas, connecting to other people's ideas, and making ideas concrete and helpful to others. Creative thinking is among the most sought-after life and work skills in the 21st century. The demand for creativity, however, exceeds the degree to which it is available and developed (Ritter et. al 2020). 9 4C’S Collaboration ▹ ▹ Collaboration refers to students’ ability to work with others to accomplish a goal, while flexible and sharing responsibilities. Murray-Harvey et al. (2013) acknowledge that valuing others' perspectives, connection, and learning about oneself were highlighted as required attitudes for collaborative learning. 10 4C’s of 21st Century Skills ▹ According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), education must provide students with the skills they need to become active, responsible, and engaged citizens. ▹ This skills is all about helping the students to learn to be more successful in the school and work. Zac Leonard stated, "All four of these items are essential inside the 21st century classroom. The Impact of Culture (communication) ▹ The majority of students learn best when they live in a society that values not only education but also the ability to comprehend the subject effectively. 2. Learning Is Dynamic. (creativity) ▹ Learning never ends. After high school, students' brains continue to grow. Mental Models and Learning Strategies (critical thinking) ▹ "Mental models" are critical in the development of knowledge and skills for applying knowledge to real-world situations, 4.
