when comforting loved ones
Reflective listening involves listening to what a
person is saying and then repeating it back to
them – this validates their concerns, offering
patience and understanding.
Prioritize your wellbeing by
addressing your stress
Adress your stress and respond by practicing
therapeutic activities, like going on walks,
journaling, reading, and working to maintain
a routine and sense of normality.
