Roland GK 13 pin to 1/4 inch guitar adapter cable
The following modifications will permit a non-GK equipped guitar to connect to the GR-55 guitar synthesizer. The normal
guitar pickup signal is transmitted via pin 7 on the GK 13 pin plug. The added resistors provide a voltage divider to supply
+5 vdc to pin 8 which tells the GR-55 that a GK pickup’s volume is set at 10.
