Patient services are provided without regard to race, color,

At Abode Home Health, we understand that each
patient has unique needs. We also understand
there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution when it comes
to healthcare. Homecare is a great option for those
who need extra assistance, but do not need to be in a
hospital or other care facility. Our services can help
patients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, speed
up recovery time, and allow them to stay in their own
homes where they can feel safe and secure.
BENEFITS OF HOMECARE
The homecare option allows patients to recover
from an illness in the comfort of their own home.
The patient can remain independent, continue their
daily routine, and recover with a low level of stress.
We want patients and loved ones to be confident in
the care they receive, so before we begin caring for
someone in their home, we evaluate the home to
ensure there are no hazards.
OUR SERVICES
We offer many different services that can be included
in a patient care plan when needed. We believe in
nurturing all aspects of a person by addressing their
physical and emotional needs. We offer the following:
Personal Care

assist with dressing, bathing, walking, and eating.
Therapies
When appropriate, patient care plans can include
therapy. Licensed therapists are available for physical,
occupational, and speech therapy.
Sometimes asking for help is the most meaningful example of self-reliance.
Skilled Nursing
Upon arriving at your home, our seasoned Nursing
staff will conduct a comprehensive assessment of
your health status and the information will be
discussed with your physician to determine your
individualized goals and create an appropriate plan
of care. The many types of assistance we provide
