Evalution™ provides an integrated reaction and detection environment and simultaneous analysis of large numbers of analytes per assay. MyCartis NV is seeking for a Senior Lab Technician to reinforce its development team located at the Technology Park in Ghent. Main responsibilities  Order lab materials and equipment;  Inspect and maintain stock levels for reagents and consumables;  Perform incoming QC for chemical and biological reagents, and prepare for storage under controlled process;  Be able to coordinate lab management activities; contribute to general lab duties and maintenance;  Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment;  Provide guidance and technical supports to junior members of the team;  Be compliant with the quality management system requirements;  Thorough understanding of the experimental goals enabling focused data analysis and interpretation as well as improvements;  Independent planning and execution of experiments within the scope of the project and following the direction given by the functional project manager;  Report on experimental results within specified timelines & subsequent discuss with project management. Profile  BSc or equivalent in biology or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry;  Experience in immunoassay development;  Meticulous & autonomous;  Flexible;  Ability to understand and present project and experimental goals;  Advanced data analysis using provided tools;  Pro‐active.
