About this role








You will lead a small but essential training team within the Corporate ICT function
You will develop, design and deliver specialist training or facilitate workshops for
employees across own and stakeholder organisations, including senior management,
in association with the defined project activity as a major part of role
You will be responsible for the planning, development and management of short and
medium term Organisation Development & Learning (ODL) initiatives relating to ICT
You will be tasked with developing and maintaining training and development materials
and tools, specifying and creating training and development resources as required
You will be responsible for planning and organising a number of projects and initiatives
simultaneously
Define and establish the most effective approach and methodology that will be used to
support the delivery of all key initiatives
Lead on project management and service development for specified ODL areas,
developing and implementing policy. Propose changes based on feedback from across
the organisation and external stakeholders
Work with managers and stakeholders to identify gaps and barriers in training services,
and develops ODL plans to improve ability to meet objectives

MCIPD, Masters degree OR equivalent level of
knowledge gained through experience
Understands the capacity, capability and skills profile
of teams, and what is required to meet organisational
needs
Experience of engaging with diverse groups of people,
and of tailoring engagement initiatives accordingly
Ability to manage and evaluate team and individual
performance
Experience of applying sound principles and
approaches to effective organisational and culture
change
Proven ability to apply OD theory into the design of
interventions
