Lorenzo Gazmuri Schleyer
Electric civil engineer, University of Chile, current general manager of Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec.
With more than 20 years of experience, he has held the positions of deputy commercial planning manger and
sales manager of said company. He has been, and is, member of boards of directors of companies in the fuel,
shipping, transport and retail sectors, such as Abastible, Metrogas, Sonacol, Sonamar, Transcom, Arco Prime.
Jorge Andueza Fouque
Civil engineer, University of Chile. He has been linked to the Angelini Group for 30 years. He currently holds
the position of general manager of Antar Chile S.A.; has been, and is a member of different companies in the
energy, forestry, fishing and financial sectors, some of them being Empresas Copec S.A., Compañía de
Petróleos de Chile Copec, Arauco, Pesquera Orizon, Corpesca and Cruz del Sur.
Ramiro Méndez Urrutia
Lawyer, University of Chile, legal counselor of Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec S.A. He previously
performed as lawyer of Banco Central de Chile; has been, and is, member of several companies such as
Sonacol, Metrogas, Orizon.
Arturo Natho Gamboa
Electric civil engineer, Universidad Católica de Chile (Catholic University of Chile), with emphasis courses in
Harvard. Current international manager of Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec S.A. He has held the
positions of sales manager and development manager of said company. He has also been the director of
companies in the fuel, energy and transport sectors, such as Sonacol, Transcom, Metrogas, Arco Prime.
Frédéric Chaveyriat Roca
Commercial engineer graduated from Reims Management School in France. Postgraduate course in Finance –
D.E.S.C.F. at Lille, France. Finance and Administrative Manager of Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec S.A.
He previously held an equivalent position at corporation VTR. He is also a director at Sonacol, Transcom and
Ades.
Oscar Jaramillo Botero (I)*
Food engineer, independent entrepreneur and legal representative of Gomjar, member of the board of
directors of Vehicaldas, Sicolsa, Efigas, SIE, OT and Nutrir.
Tulio Rabinovich Manevich (I)
Electrical engineer of the Pontificia Universidad Bolivariana de Medellín (Colombia). Since 1971, president and
partner of CELSA S.A.S., a company engaged in the production of high-tension electrical equipment, lamps,
telephones and telecommunication equipment. 1978: founder of the Museum of Modern Arts of Medellín, and
director of the same for 10 years. He is currently a member of several boards of directors, of Sociedad de
Inversiones en Energía S.A. and Frigosinu S.A. among them.

Jaime Herrera Rodríguez
Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). He took a postgraduate
course in intellectual property at Queen Mary College, University of London. English and Spanish language
command. Founding partner of the law firm Posse, Herrera & Ruiz. He directs the Corporate Department and
the Department of Mergers and Takeovers, and is the co-director of the area of natural resources and energy
(gas, oil, electricity and bio-fuels).
Eduardo Navarro Beltrán
Commercial engineer, University of Chile, current general manager of Empresas Copec S.A. Director of some
companies in the energy, fishing, forestry and mining sectors, namely, Arauco, Colbún, Orizon, Minera Isla
Riesco, Abastible, Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec S.A., among others.
Mariana Posse Velásquez
Lawyer and founding partner of law firm Posse, Herrera & Ruiz. Head of the Financial and Capital Market
Department. She graduated as a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and obtained a degree in
Insurance Law at this university. Advisor for several multilateral credit entities and commercial banks in the
United States and Europe, and in financing operations for the main Colombian business groups, for
companies in the drink, cement, mobile telephony, textile, financial and chemical sectors. During the last 10
years, local advisor for a number of domestic and foreign banks, as well as for domestic companies,
concerning the main debt restructures in Colombia, a function that has included structuring, drafting and
negotiating securities and credit agreements. She has led the design of derivatives and structured products
for financial institutions and institutional investors. She has participated in several capital market transactions,
especially in security and bond issues. She has been mentioned in the publications of Chambers & Partners
and Practical Law as one of the main leading lawyers in financial law in Latin America. Member of the
International Bar Association and the Colegio de Abogados Javerianos (association of lawyers graduated from
the Javeriana University). English and Spanish language command.
Jorge Garcés Jordán
Psychologist, University of Chile, manager of human resources of Compañía de Petróleos de Chile Copec S.A.
for about twenty years.
Gabriel Arturo Jaramillo Gómez
Business administrator graduated at CESA (College of Higher Administration Studies by its acronym in
Spanish) in 1999, specialized in International Trade and Finance at Boston University in 2002. Member of the
following boards of directors: Transgas de Occidente, Super de Alimentos and Caldas Motors. Financial
manager of Ayura Motor in Medellín (Colombia).
Bernardo Dyner Rezonzew
Marketing and sales technician graduated at ESUMER in 1976. Studies in social promotion and communication
techniques. He worked at Industrias Kent y Sorrento in Medellín from 1974 to 1984, holding administrative
positions until promoted to general manager, a position that he held up to his retirement. Owner of
CURTIEMBRES COPACABANA y CATALUÑA S.A. From 1988 to 1996, the year he left Colombia, he performed
as its general manager and administrator. Member of the board of directors of Organización Terpel S.A.
Rodolfo Castillo García
Business administrator, investor in companies such as Promisión S.A., Promitec S.A., Agrotropical Colombia
S.A., Medimplantes S.A., Icoharinas S.A.S. Member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of
Bucaramanga, Sociedad de Inversiones en Energía S.A. an Organización Terpel S.A. since 2001.
