History
Born in 1982 when Marcela Hernández opened the first shop "Colomba" in Santiago, Chile with a
proposal of clothing for the contemporary woman. Since the beginning the Linen was the
material to characterize the line among other selections of natural fibers of high quality and
precious textures.
In 1995 Colomba expanded the line to home textiles and interior design. Linen fibers were again
the protagonist. This passion would lead the company to concentrate on Linen, and explore new
treatments and colors to create unique and exclusive items. We specialize in Home Textile
products in natural fibers for high – end residential and commercial interiors. The soul of this
selection is Linen fabric imported from Italy and certified in quality by the European Masters of
Linen Association.

We are committed to promoting the work of the artisans. We receive custom made orders
according to our customer´s needs, and give personalized guidance and solutions to interior
design firms for their projects. We consider special discount prices for interior designers and
projects.
Family Business
Marcela Hernández, founder and designer of Colomba is currently working with her daughters
Mila and Valentina. Mila lives in LA and is expanding Colomba Living in the USA through interior
design firms and retail shops while Valentina is working with Marcela in Santiago Chile.
