out of your comfort zone to use your strengths as you provide engineering and technical
support, create layout drawings, conduct research of products and methods to support product
installation. You will also manage internal documentation to support installations as well as
serve in a support role to ensure organization meets safety compliance. Specifically, you will:






Develop a technical understanding of all Bystronic Equipment and product lines.
Assist and support the Installation Manager with planning, management and control of
project scope, scheduling and follow up.
Undertake technical reviews of equipment drawings, customer requests, feasibility
studies, and project proposals
Utilize Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software in support of the layout design and
installation of Bystronic Equipment.
Research products, technologies and methods
Handle work order creation, equipment database updates, sales order creation, and
document management
We require:
 Educational experience equivalent to BS in Engineering discipline or equivalency of
work-related on the job experience and training.
 Minimum 1 year of experience providing engineering and technical support
 Work experience within safety and compliance in a manufacturing setting desired.
 Direct experience and working knowledge of CAD systems
