I agree that Pearson Education Limited (“Pearson”) do not have to use my Contribution but, if they do so, they may cut and edit it as they wish and use it in any manner including in any publicity or advertising for the Title, and in any other projects. I give my express permission for the filming and recording of my Contribution to represent me and not a fictional person should the Title so require. I warrant and undertake that: (a) I am fully entitled to give the Contribution to Pearson; (b) that nothing in the Contribution will infringe the copyright or any other right of any person, breach any contract or duty of confidence, constitute a contempt of court, be defamatory or be calculated to bring any person into disrepute; and (c) that all facts expressed by me in the Contribution are, to the best of my knowledge and belief true and, insofar as the Contribution contains any views or opinions, those views and opinions are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of Pearson, its affiliates, associated companies or subsidiaries. I hereby assign absolutely and with full title guarantee to Pearson and/or its successors, licensees and assignees, all rights (including all existing and future copyright) in the Contribution and the products of the Contribution, to enable use for all purposes in all media now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world in perpetuity (including all rights to renewals and extensions). I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive in favour of Pearson and/or its successors, licensees and assignees to the extent permissible by law the benefits of any provision of law known as “moral rights” (including without limitation any right of the Contributor under sections 77 to 85 inclusive of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and any resale right arising from EU law) or any similar laws of any jurisdiction in which waiver is permissible in respect of the Contribution.
