NOTIFIABLE DISEASES - AMENDMENT OF
INFORMATION TO BE GIVEN BY LABORATORIES
I, Robyn Jane Lambley, Minister for Health, under
section 16(1) of the Notifiable Diseases Act and with reference
to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, amend the instrument
of information to be given by laboratories dated 12 October
2005 and published in Gazette No. G48 dated 30 November
2005, as since amended, as specified in the Schedule.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS
I, Robyn Jane Lambley, Minister for Health,
under section 8(1) of the Notifiable Diseases Act and with
reference to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, amend
the instrument of information to be given by medical
practitioners, dated 12 October 2005 and published
in Gazette No. G48 dated 30 November 2005, as since
amended, as specified in the Schedule.

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF NT PLANNING
SCHEME AMENDMENT No. 285
I, PETER GLEN CHANDLER, the Minister for Lands,
Planning and the Environment, under section 28(1) of the
Planning Act, give notice that (a) I have, under section 25 of the Act, amended the
Northern Territory Planning Scheme by rezoning
Lot 1 (46 Noble Street) Town of Tennant Creek from
Zone SD (Single Dwelling Residential) to Zone MD
(Multiple Dwelling Residential); and
(b) copies of the amendment, (Amendment No. 285), are
available from the Offices of the Department of Lands,
Planning and the Environment, Level 1, Alice Plaza,
Todd Mall, Alice Springs.

COMMENCEMENT NOTICE
