This system has fitting function to fit experiment data to one of equivalent circuit models by automatic model searching function. 10. This system can do Mott-Schottky plot with voltage steps as one experiment. 11. Voltage Pulse or bipolar Current pulse should be available for charge/discharge test(GSM,CDMA etc) in battery test package & pulse plating 12. To check actual pulse shape, Pulse shape monitoring function should be supplied. 13. Independent ZRA(zero resistance ammeter) circuit is provided 14. Even if PC failure or USB failure happened, System should run and gathering the data as programmed independently and can transfer the data to PC automatically after recovering the communication. 15.
