La mediación como una forma de resolución de conflictos en las comunidades guaraníes de
Monteagudo
Abstract
In the thesis there is approached the need to offer response to the social exigency of the indigenous
original rural communities of the Guarani sector of Monteagudo's zone, to the uncertainty to exercise a
real role of administration of community justice. In consequence is recognized as scientific problem the
lack of juridical clear and effective procedure that they should allow these sectors of the Bolivian
population, to realize acts of administration of justice of agreement to his customs, myths, culture and
common law.
Without they have to be an object of review or interference in his resolutions, his procedures,
his ways of organizing or designating his authorities or "courts" like his sanctions and ends of them,
and / or grant methods or alternative forms to them for the solution of the conflicts generated in the
bosom of his communities.
