Distinguished Dairy Cattle Breeder
Award Nomination
This award recognizes an active, progressive producer who, through expertise in
managing a dairy-breeding herd based upon sound genetic and business principles,
serves as a model of success for contemporaries throughout the nation. Father-son,
husband-wife, brother-sister, and other such partnerships are eligible to be
nominated. A member of National Dairy Shrine must make the nomination, however,
the nominee need not be a member, but will be encouraged to join National Dairy
Shrine.
The winner will be recognized at the National Dairy Shrine’s Awards banquet.
This form is the official application, however additional information may be provided.
Please include up to three (3) letters of support.
All Nominations are due March 15.
