PROCEDURE FOLLOWED FOR DECISION MAKING
Process including channels of supervision
Activities for Personnel Department working are managed, monitored & looked
after by the respective supervisors/In charges working in Personnel Department.
Important & major decisions regarding policy matters, staff welfare, creation of
posts, and requirement of additional assets/facilities are taken by the branch officer
(Sr.DPO). Beyond the competency, matter is referred to Addl. DRM/DRM or HQ office as
per procedure.
THE NORMS SET BY IT FOR THE DISCHARGE OF ITS FUNCTIONS
The targets are set by the Zonal Railway HQ office for the divisional HQ for the
financial year. Personnel Department acts to achieve the targets set for the division.
Certain parameters, guidelines & instructions are issued by the Railway Board, HQ are to
follow the same under the guidance of DRM BKN.

instructions from Railway Board, correction slips to Establishment codes & manuals etc.

There is a system of holding informal/PNMs/PREM meeting with trade unions &
other associations at suitable interval. The issues regarding establishment, staff welfare,
operational aspects, service related matters are discussed to resolve the same.
STATEMENT OF BOARD, COUNCIL,COMMITTEE AND OTHER
BODIES CONSISTING TWO OR MORE PERSONS CONSTITUTED
AS ITS PART OR FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVICE.
No such body exists in Personnel department/Bikaner division.
A DIRECTORY OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
Directory of officers and employees of Personnel department are under prepare
and will be provided soon.
THE MONTHLY REMUNERATION RECEIVED BY EACH OF ITS
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE SYSTEM OF
COMPENSATION AS PROVIDED IN ITS REGULATIONS.
All the officers and staff of Personnel department are getting salary as per pay
structure fixed under 6th CPC.
THE BUDGET ALLOCATED TO EACH OF ITS AGENCY,
INDICATING THE PARTICULARS OF ALL PLANS, PROPOSED
EXPENDITURES AND REPORTS ON DISBURSEMENTS MADE;
Not concerned to Personnel Department.
THE MANNER OF EXECUTION OF SUBSIDY PROGRAMMES
INCLUDING THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED AND THE DETAILS OF
BENEFICIARIES OF SUCH PROGRAMME.
There is no such programme running in Personnel department.
PARTICULARS OF RECIPIENTS OF CONCESSIONS, PERMITS OF
AUTHORIZATION GRANTED BY IT.
Such information is treated as NIL.
