Clients utilizing Singota’s supply chain management services can easily and conveniently
monitor and manage their materials at any time, either inquiring as to inventory information or
specifying shipping or storage instructions using the company’s web-based E-Transparency®
system. Singota is highly skilled in cold chain processes and utilizes methods to ensure that
product thermal requirements are maintained throughout the material handling chain. The
company continually tracks its performance metrics of transaction accuracy, on-time delivery,
and thermal excursion performance. These metrics are posted on singota.com.
