Technical skills:

Reprogramming of Human Fibroblast into induced Pluripotent Cells (iPS).

Culture and staining of various cell lines (HEK293, CHO, PC12, BV2
microglia, bEND3 endotherial cell, WEHI3, LADMAC myeloid cells, Human
Embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells etc) with fluorescence
labeled antibody and analysis by Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS).
Sacrifice mice, dissect out peripheral lymph nodes, mesenteric lymph nodes,
spleen, brain, kidney etc and Sectioning OCT-embed specimens by Leica
CM1900. Immunohistochemistry, immunuofluorescence and
Immunocytochemistry and analysis by confocal fluorescence microscopy.

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Expression of proteins and
purification by FPLC. Purification of heparan sulfate (HS) from mammalian
cells and mouse tissues and HPLC analysis of disaccharides from purified HS.
Isolation of total DNA/RNA, plasmid DNA, phage DNA. Gel electrophoresis
of DNA, RNA and proteins. Southern, Western and Northern blotting and
ECL analysis. Two dimensional gel electrophoresis. Immunoprecipitation.

Analysis of amyloid protein assembly by Thioflavin T (in solution) and
Thioflavin S (cell based) methods. Measurement of the ATPase activity.
Determination of β-Galactosidase activity using E. coli. Transformation,
construction of recombinant plasmid, cloning and sequencing. Transfection
and making stable clones of various human cell lines. Amplification of DNA
by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). RT-PCR. Gradient PCR.

Affinity purification of mono-specific antibodies using antigen immobilized
on nitrocellulose filters. Measurement of the photosynthetic activity.
Chlorophyll fluorescence analysis of Cyanobacterial photosynthesis. Cross
linking experiment of protein. Sucrose density gradient. Site directed
mutagenesis by point mutation. Gel Chromatography. Protein labeling with
Selenomethionine, 14/C Palmitate etc. Blue Native PAGE.
