Immunoprecipitation. Analysis of amyloid protein assembly by Thioflavin T (in solution) and Thioflavin S (cell based) methods. Measurement of the ATPase activity. Determination of β-Galactosidase activity using E. coli. Transformation, construction of recombinant plasmid, cloning and sequencing.
