Zinc Finger Consortium Expression
Vector and Modular Assembly Kit
Description: The Zinc Finger Consortium (www.zincfingers.org) was
established to promote continued research and development of
engineered zinc finger technology. Consortium members Keith Joung
and Daniel Voytas have deposited their Expression Vector Kit and
Modular Assembly Kit at Addgene. Detailed information can be found at
www.addgene.org/zfc.

Expression Vector Kit v1.0:
* pGP-FF
* pGP-FB-orig BA (positive control)
* pAC-Kan-alphaGal4
* pBAC-lacZ
* pBAC-BA-lacZ (positive control)
* KJBAC1 bacterial strain
* pST1374 (mammalian expression vector)
* pDW1775 (plant expression vector)
Modular Assembly Kit v1.0:
The 141 pc3XB-based zinc finger plasmids are divided into two plates.
Please visit www.addgene.org/zfc to browse zinc finger plasmids by
target DNA sequence and finger amino acid sequence, to obtain a tab
delimited data file, and for detailed plasmid information.
Handling and Storage:
freeze-thaw cycles.
Store glycerol stocks at -80oC and minimize
Note: These plasmid constructs are being distributed to non-profit
institutions for the purpose of basic research. Please contact Keith
Joung or Daniel Voytas to determine proper attribution on any
publications arising from the use of these plasmids.
Please contact Addgene at [email protected] with any questions.

Instructions: To access a plasmid, keep the plate on dry ice to prevent thawing. Using a sterile pipette
tip, puncture the seal above an individual well and spread a portion of the glycerol stock onto an agar
plate. To patch the hole, use sterile tape or a portion of a fresh aluminum seal.
Please visit www.addgene.org/zfc for plasmid information.
