POSITION: Market Leader - Austin
REPORTING TO: Managing Partner

NAI Partners is an independent office of one of the largest commercial real estate service providers worldwide,
providing a full spectrum of services available to regional, national and international clients via their global
network of independent commercial real estate brokerage companies.
We are currently in an aggressive expansion mode including the addition of an Investment Management
Company to our group and expansion into Austin and San Antonio.
We are looking for a strong executive leader to help us establish, build and run our new offices in Austin and
San Antonio.
Position Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to, the following activities)
The Market Leader will run and grow the newly acquired office in Austin as a part of the leadership team within
our Firm. This executive leader will be responsible for market expansion in this large geographic region and will
enjoy an unprecedented and generous commission split for the brokerage listings and sales opportunities
he/she is able to identify and close; as well as, equity ownership opportunities and stock ownership.
This executive opportunity will have the platform to generate a 6 to 7 figure income for the Senior Partner
through a variety of revenue sources:




His or her own production and book of business with our Firm’s generous commission split
Income from the commercial brokerage team that he or she will develop and lead. The Senior Partner
will be responsible for growing a team of 15-20 agents throughout the Austin and San Antonio and
surrounding regions. Deals will be in Commercial Office, Industrial, Retail and Multi-family transactions.
Distribution income from stock ownership in the Texas wide holding company which this Senior Partner
will be eligible for with achievement of agreed upon production and goals.
Additional inside investments our Partners enjoy in conjunction with other Partners in the firm.
Ideal candidate would have at least 10 years of experience commercial real estate brokerage as well as the
following requirements:








Texas Real Estate Brokerage License
Experience in office, industrial, retail and/or multifamily real estate transactions on either Tenant or
Landlord sides (LEASING AND SALES) required
Exceptional Sales Hunting skills – must have a proven track record in Commercial Real Estate
brokerage
History of building a startup real estate office, developing staff, generating new business deals,
recruiting/hiring/training of agents
Experience in the relevant markets of San Antonio and/or Austin and surrounding areas
Strong financial background, experience and knowledge
Strong book of business and relevant contacts
Strong entrepreneurial experience
