Price includes flights and land package but not insurance. 2) Trip cancellation and medical insurance is highly recommended for travel outside of Canada. By law we are required offer flight cancellation/interruption insurance and medical insurance. If you decline such insurance, you are responsible for all medical or cancellations that are related to the package provided by AgriTours Canada (illness, home emergencies, etc.). You must communicate with Dennis, provide him with your date of birth, any pre-existing medical insurance and type of insurance you would like a quote for. If booking insurance with Dennis, please provide information for next of kin as well. 3) Booking of insurance should be done at least 4 - 6 weeks before departure especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition (diabetes, cancer, heart related issues, etc.) which requires a medical evaluation be done to determine eligibility for coverage. 4) Please make sure your passports are valid for at least until the end of the tour – preferably they should be valid for a month or more after your expected return date – in case of medical emergencies while you are in the USA which preclude you from returning on the date of your scheduled flight. It is recommended that your passport be at least valid at least 3-6 months after your expected date of return. 5) Cancellation or flight interruption Policy: Refunds are processed through travel insurance purchased prior to the tour. Once airfare has been issued for each participant, cancellation of flights is possible but refunds by the airline may issued as a credit that must be used with in 1 year of the original booking, but this is at the discretion of the airline. Cancellation before tickets are issued may be cancelled, but with a penalty charge. 6) Some portion of land costs may be refundable up to 14 days from day of departure on a pro-rated basis. Once flights are booked and paid for, only insurance cancellation policies are able to be used for such refunds.
