IT it notified for public information that by virtue of the
1 approval given on 12th June, 1945, the following classes of
transactions in relation to the territories specified hereunder
in connexion therewith are exempted from the provisions of
the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939 -1940 under the Licence
granted by the Governor- General of the Commonwealth of
Australia on the twenty -first day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and forty five, and published in the Gazette' No.
39 dated the twenty -third day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-five:Communications in writing with reference to any commercial, financial or other matter with any person Or
body of persons of whatever nationality (and, if incorporated, wherever incorporated) resident or carrying on
business in the Dodecanese Islands of Carpathos
(Scarpanto) , Casos (Kaxo) and Symi (Simi) .

resignation of Raymond Kimberley Paul as a
member of the Central Reference Board representative of employees ; and
(b) to appoint Thomas Fisher to be a member of the
Central Reference Board representative of employees
as on and from the eleventh day of April, 1945, and
during the pleasure of the Governor -{general.

This Order may be cited. as Prices Regulation Order
No. 2128.
Pixation of maximum prices by notice.
I declare the maximum price at which water supplied
from a heating system capable of being used for the supply or
hot water to a building in which such heating system is
installed, and specified in a notice in pursuance of this paragraph, may be sold by any person to whom such notice is given
to be such price as is fixed by the Commissioner by notice in
writing to that person.
