The Arab Legal Forum is delighted to invite you to a panel discussion on “challenging United Nations economic sanctions before domestic
courts” at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, London, in the Auditorium situated at 26-28 Tudor Street, London, EC4Y 0BQ,
on Thursday 6 October at 18:00.

The panel will examine the recent landmark decision of the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Al Dulimi and
Montana Management Inc vs. Switzerland and its impact on the rights of individuals and entities to challenge dual sanctions regimes (UN
Security Council and national sanctions) before domestic courts.
