Is the Contractor satisfied with their bid of $_______________

Are you aware of any errors that might have been made in your
calculations?
3. Personnel
a)
Does the contractor have a sufficient work force to meet the contract
milestones and the contract completion date?
b)
Has the Contractor designated a Project Manager, Superintendent,
and Safety Officer?
4. Resources
a)
Does the Contractor have the experience, expertise, equipment, and
financing readily available to successfully complete the project on
time?
b)
Has the Contractor contacted related suppliers and manufacturers to
provide the necessary materials required to complete the project on
time?
5. Compliance
a)
Is the Contractor confident in the use of the proper MBTA
documentation required for RFI’s, Submittals, Monthly Pay
Estimates, Change Orders, etc.?
b)
Federally Funded Contracts -Confirm Contractors Commitment to
their DBE Schedule. Or State Funded Contracts- Although there is no
DBE Goal attached to this contract, MMU and FMU percentages will
be monitored by the MBTA Office of Diversity and Civil Rights. Has
the Contractor attempted to hire DBE, WBE, and MBE
Subcontractors? Do these Subcontractors have prior experience
working on MBTA projects?
