Dear Members and Supporters of SAME,
Our annual golf outing is scheduled for Friday, June 16th, at Midlane Golf and Country Club, Wadsworth, IL. The golf outing
is our primary fundraising opportunity for the year and provides funds for the Post’s Education and Mentoring Fund, which
provides college scholarships to qualified individuals who are pursuing degrees in the field of engineering, architecture or the
applied sciences and for support of the SAME summer camps. Please visit our website at www.SAME-lakemichigan.org for

Last year we awarded over $15,000 in scholarships for college and summer camps. With your help, this year’s event will be an
even greater success. I invite you to support the Lake Michigan Post by being a sponsor for the tournament. All sponsors will

Note: You must supply your own tee-box signs for any of the above sponsorship levels prior to the event.
As a sponsor, your company’s name and sponsorship level will be displayed at the event. This is a great marketing opportunity
and displays your company’s commitment level to the engineering profession and SAME.
We are also seeking prize donations in order to purchase competition, raffle and door prizes for the day of the event. Please feel
free to bring these items the day of the event. Golf competition prizes will be given for the longest drive, closest to the pin, and
lowest and highest scores, among others. Door prizes such as: tees, balls, towels, divot repair tools, ball bags, etc. will be
distributed to all players at the beginning of the tournament, or given away at the raffle.
