• Fluctuations of both mode and plasma
velocities are observed at high mode
amplitude
• On the contrary, the mode velocity
fluctuations are not accompanied by
fluctuations of plasma velocity at low
mode amplitude  a decoupling between
mode and plasma rotation velocities due
to plasma resistivity
