Over the last 40 years, Frank Putman has developed a comprehensive
national and international business practice focusing primarily on
corporate and securities work and general business matters. He also
offers a particular expertise in energy-related companies, financial
institutions and manufacturing companies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Putman pioneered the development and
implementation of creative financing strategies utilizing investment tax
credits in public and private partnerships to finance offshore and
onshore drilling rig and vessel construction projects.
