Dr. Linda Bradley is an internationally-recognized gynecologic surgeon and gynecologist at the Cleveland Clinic. She is Vice Chair of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and the Women’s Health Institute as well as the Director of The Fibroid and Menstrual Disorders Center and Director of Hysteroscopic Services. Dr. Bradley specializes in the evaluation, diagnostic testing, and surgery for uterine fibroids and menstrual disorders. She has been very active in endoscopy for over 20 years. Her expertise in endometrial ablation technology makes her an innovative leader in the field of hysterectomy alternatives. She performed one of the first hysteroscopic sterilization procedures in this country in 2000. She has been named the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Bruce Hubbard Stewart Fellow, which honors physicians for their compassion and clinical care. She also has received the APGO award, which honors physicians for resident and fellow teaching. She is admired and respected for her clinical teaching, surgical expertise, and compassionate bedside manner. She has received a “Top Doctors of America” award annually since 2002. In 2009, she was selected by Ladies Home Journal as one of the top 6 female physicians in the country. Dr. Bradley believes healthy eating is crucial to healthy living. She travels extensively demonstrating easy ways to cook fresh and canned food. Dr. Bradley was raised in Cleveland’s Hough and Lee-Harvard neighborhoods. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology from Vassar College before attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Case Western Reserve University. Taking a Stand Against Health Disparities Let’s Talk Health is a quarterly speaker series focused on healthy living to reduce chronic disease and featuring an array of innovative leaders in the healthcare industry. Hosted at the historic Eliza Bryant Village -- the oldest African American long term care institution in the nation -- each talk includes a reception, presentation and Q&A period. The series was created with the assistance of a team from Cleveland Bridge Builders (CBB), which is a civic leadership and engagement program run by Cleveland Leadership Center. For the past 6+ months, the community leaders from the CBB program have been working with our staff to create a project that would have immediate and important impact on those we serve.
