WITHDRAWAL FROM MARKET ADDENDUM TO
RMLS EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL LISTING AGREEMENT (OREGON)
This Addendum (“Addendum”) amends and modifies the RMLS Exclusive Right to Sell
Listing Agreement Oregon (the “Listing Agreement”) dated ___________, 20____ by and
between ____________________________________ as “Seller” and RE/MAX Equity Group
by and through its agent, _______________________, as “Broker” for the property located at
______________________________________________________________ (the “Property”).
Seller and Broker agree:
1. Seller acknowledges that marketing properties for sale requires a significant investment of
time and money on Broker’s part. Seller further acknowledges that the sale of properties can
take a substantial period of time and Broker will recoup Broker’s investment in advertising only
if the Property sells within the period and/or under the terms specified in the Listing Agreement.
2. In consideration of Broker’s agreement to list the Property, Seller agrees that if Seller lists the
Property with Broker for a period of less than one year and the Property does not sell within that
period; withdraws the Property from the market during the term of the Listing Agreement; or
terminates the Listing Agreement prior to its expiration, Seller will compensate Broker for
Broker’s investment of time and money in marketing the Property as follows:
_________% of the listed purchase price at the time of termination;
A flat fee of $ ________________; or
The amount actually expended by Broker in marketing the Property.
Seller will pay any amounts owed hereunder to Broker within 10 days of Broker’s demand
therefore.
3. Seller acknowledges that Seller’s obligations under this Addendum survive the expiration or
termination of the Listing Agreement.
