St. Elizabeth Marketing and Planning At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we believe we all walk the road to better health together. We’re here to provide you with all the information that you need to know about our organization. Regardless of your curiosity or interest, we can help you find the answers to the information you’re seeking. What We Do Our team consists of individuals who focus on marketing, communication, public relations, planning strategies and government relations. We are responsible for everything the public sees, and we also communicate internally with associates, as well. For example, that colorful and lively “e” that you see everywhere is our creation, and we hope you find that it’s a good representation of the kind of vital, caring organization we are. Our people also write InTouch, Healthy Neighbors, Connection and press releases that are picked up by local publications. The brochures in your department, the posters on our walls and the St. Elizabeth Healthcare website are all created and maintained by our team. We are here to ensure that the St. Elizabeth Healthcare brand is displayed in a professional and consistent way so that it makes sense to every person who sees it. Did you know we have very specific guidelines for our brand? For example, the St. Elizabeth logo is comprised of three colors with specific “hex codes” that ensure our colors are exactly the same every time they are used. We also have font requirements, capitalization requirements and countless other guidelines that make us recognizable to the community. That is why, if you ever have a marketing need (such as posters, brochures, press releases, newsletters, give-a-ways, presentations and anything else that is associated with St. Elizabeth), you should contact us to help! Please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or call (859) 301-6300 if you ever have any marketing needs. Mission, Vision and Values Mission Statement As a Catholic healthcare ministry, we provide comprehensive and compassionate care that improves the health of the people we serve. Our Vision We will be a national leader in healthcare excellence. Our Values INNOVATION - I seek better ways to perform my work, find creative solutions, and embrace change. COLLABORATION - I understand that mutual respect and teamwork are critical to accomplishing goals. I work with others to achieve the best individual and collective outcomes. ACCOUNTABILITY - I use resources efficiently, respond to others promptly, face challenges in a timely manner, and accept responsibility for my actions and decisions. RESPECT - I respect the dignity and diversity of our associates, physicians, patients, family, and community members. I promote trust, fairness, and inclusiveness through honest and open communication. EXCELLENCE - I believe in serving others by pursuing excellence in healthcare. I compassionately care for the mind, body, and spirit of each patient. Resources Press Room contains current news releases. These releases are distributed to the media to inform the public about what is going on at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Community Calendar holds upcoming St. Elizabeth Healthcare events ranging from major hospital events to Mobile Mammography screenings to yoga classes offered by Holistic Health. Marketing updates and maintains social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn so that St. Elizabeth can connect with associates and the community. The Best of what’s Human. And Humanly Possible. Our newest advertising campaign was launched in April, 2011. This campaign slogan was chosen because it represents two very important values of St. Elizabeth Healthcare: our focus on offering compassionate, quality care, and our focus on offering the best available healthcare through cutting-edge technology and services. The color yellow was chosen as a focal point because it represents cheerfulness and energy. Yellow is also present in our logo as well, symbolizing a sunrise, which represents a new day. One more responsibility of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare marketing team is to determine the best outlets for displaying this new message. It is important that we reach the correct market of people, in the right locations, during the right time of day. This new campaign will be seen throughout our community on billboards, the sides of buses, our website and on television commercials as well. We hope you enjoy seeing our new ads around the Greater Cincinnati area and realize how much care went into both the creation and placement of them!
