Dr Emad Ghabrial, specialized in orthodontics at the University of
Pretoria in 1997 where he also received a Postgraduate diploma in
Practice Management in 2010.
He obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry degree from Cairo University Faculty
of Dentistry 1984; and a Diploma in conservative dentistry 1989. His
professional affiliation includes the South African society of Orthodontics,
American Orthodontic Association, World Federation of Orthodontics and
the American Association of Cleft Lip and Palate.
Dr Ghabrial currently serves as a senior lecturer in the Orthodontic
department, University of Pretoria. He has private practice in Pretoria at
Queenswood and Silverlakes. He also serves as a teaching & clinical
consultant for the Orthognathic surgery and is a member of Cleft Lip,
Palate and Craniofacial deformities treatment team at Pretoria Academic
Hospital. He is also active in the local & international dental community
giving presentations, lectures and writing articles.
