IT Audit Manager

including new and used vehicle inventory and consumer financing, leasing, inventory insurance,

deposit, savings accounts, money market accounts, IRA deposit products and interest checking.
Ally's Corporate Finance unit provides financing to middle-market companies across a broad

Business Unit/Enterprise Function
Audit Services contributes to Ally's success by providing stakeholders with timely, relevant and
objective enterprise-level perspectives on, and assurance regarding, the effectiveness of
governance, risk management and internal control.
Position
The Audit Manager is responsible for audit project management, staff development, and
relationship management within their assigned functions of Ally Financial. The Manager will
help assess risk and have a critical role in the development of efficient and effective audit
projects; conclude and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls,
governance and risk management; and effectively communicate results to management.
