REDEFINING SUCCESS
This year we are proud to announce our theme is Redefining Success.
We’re focusing on diversity in skills, abilities, and leadership that allow
delegates to thrive individually in University and beyond. This means
providing delegates with opportunities for professional development in a
wide variety of fields through tangible skills that they can practice such as
public speaking, mental health training and business networking.
INSPIRATION
We want to provide the best partners to get students excited
about leadership. We want delegates to leave the conference
feeling inspired and passionate about their potential.
DIVERSITY
QCLC is giving students the opportunity to gain professional
development in a wide variety of skills as well as bringing together

OVER A DECADE
We are proud to be a conference that has been inspiring young leaders
for over a decade. Since 2005, QCLC has hoped students at Queens
university become better leaders through providing them with structured
conferences focused on many different aspects of leadership intended to
encourage growth and experience. Each year, the conference has a
specific theme about leadership that helps students discover their passion
as leaders while providing opportunities for these new skills and
knowledge to be applied.

The annual Queen's Canadian Leadership Conference (QCLC) is a recognized
conference among the Queen's community that attracts students from all
disciplines. QCLC strives to provide an environment that facilitates
collaboration, learning, and leadership development. Through partnership
with our corporate and local sponsors and recognized leadership
organizations, we are able to provide our delegates with inspirational
speakers, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. Ultimately,
students are able to learn a variety of tangible skills that they can take with
them contributing to their own personal development as the leaders of
