The user can continue adding search terms to his/her query, effectively limiting the search before citations are retrieved. All PubMed Results are now SFX linked! Saving Your Search in PubMed: MyNCBI Once you have a MyNCBI account and are logged in: Click on the History tab Click on the number (i.e. #3) of the search string desired, and choose Save in MyNCBI Alternatively, you can click on the Send To drop down box, and direct your results to text, file, printer, or clipboard Clipboard feature only holds searches for 8 hours, then they are deleted!
