Profit margins show how much of a company's revenues are converted into profits, but also demonstrate how efficiently management is utilizing its resources. Learn how to review the strength and trend of a company's margins, compare those margins to peers and industry averages, and spot potential problems with margins before the company's fundamentals degrade significantly. 10:30 - PE Ratios – Estimating Future PE Ratios on the SSG Gary Ball This class discusses interpreting historical PE values, effectively projecting future PE values and determining reasonable future high average and low average PE values. We will also discuss factors that affect the PE ratio such as interest rates, company growth rates and investor sentiment.
