More than 20 years experience in PK/PD teaching and research.
Study director and pharmacokinetic analysis in Genuine Research center (CRO
for bioequivalence and clinical trials).
Perform different BE study designs such as cross over, parallel, partial replicate
and replicate design, reference Scaled average bioequivalence.
Pharmacokinetic and statistical calculations using Kinetica 2000 and Winnonlin.
Familiarity with SAS
Formulation of drugs for nasal, ocular and transdermal delivery
Microencapsulation of peptides and proteins as injectable and intranasal delivery
products
Nanotechnology and drug delivery.
Small particle formation and microencapsulation; the kinetics and mechanisms of
drug release from small particle systems, emulsions, multiple emulsions, vesicles,
biocompatible matrices and liquid crystals.
Pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of different drug products using HPLC-UV
and LC-MS/MS
Method development and validation using LC-MS/MS (API 3200, 4000 and
Waters TQD).
