Purpose of Healthy Heights:
-Engaging our employees
-Creating a healthy and happy environment
-Bringing awareness of Employee Well-being
Your Goals:
1. to give constant education and encouragement to your department
2. implement one healthy lifestyle change in your area
Healthy Heights Mission: to give WTH employees the tools and
education needed to achieve and sustain a healthy state of
well-being so that they can provide compassionate and
exceptional care.
WHO IS IN HEALTHY HEIGHTS AND WHAT DO
THEY HAVE TO DO?

Anyone that wears a WTH badge can be a
part of Healthy Heights
•
One Requirement: lab work
• Receive the choice of an optional fitness
incentive
• Receive the opportunity for a cash

ANNUAL HEALTH UPDATES
•
All employees are required
•
To participate in Healthy Heights- lab work will need to be collected at your AHU
•
3 GOALS will be set based on lab results (received via email after labs are complete)
•
You will have until your 2018 AHU to reach one of the three goals set for you
•
2016 payout will be on the 2nd paycheck of the month following your AHU
• Ex) birth month is March- met goal. $150 will be rewarded to employee on 4/20
