The first appointment you have will be an
“Assessment” session. This is when we will meet
each other and begin to tackle three tasks.
1.
We will discuss some questions about your history,

My psychotherapy experience includes community
mental health work as a staff psychotherapist for
adults, children, and adolescents, as well as group

a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Structured Sensory
Interventions, Solution Focused Therapy,
Psychodynamics, Narrative Therapy, and TraumaFocused CBT. In addition to standard “talk therapy”
approaches, I implement a number of interactive
interventions in my practice including art therapies,
bibliotherapy, therapeutic writing, and experiential
interventions.
