Turbo T – Depth control
• The depth control is made by front wheels and the rear roller
 full weight of the machine is used for reconsolidation to
ensure a good contact soil/seeds
• 4 front wheels ensure a perfect ground follow up between the
central frame and the wings frames
• An automatic load transfer is done to provide the lowest
pulling force

Turbo T – Easy operations
•
The lifting/lowering of the machine is made by two double
acting valve : the drawbar and wheel wagon cylinders are
synchronized together.
•
A second double acting valve is used for the depth adjustment:
the depth adjustment is made by front gage wheels and rear
roller cylinders.
Turbo T – Low fuel consumption
•
The load transfer on the tractor is made
by accumulation pressure in a hydraulic
accumulator when lowering the machine
•
When the wheels touch the soil, the
pressure is realised
•
The energy from the accumulator is used
to apply up to 1,5 tons on the tractor rear
axle
•
The machine is then easier to pull and
make fuel consumption savings

Unique design

When the soil is compacted behind the tractor
wheels, it is possible to adjust the tines 5 cm
deeper than the other tines

this adjustment

• Skid and knives between discs clean even in wet conditions. The
knives are cutting bigger clods coming in the disc spacing of 12,5cm
leaving a ready seedbed
• Knives pressure can be adjusted as high as the disc pressure to the
ground to make equal pressure through the working width to achieve a
nice and firm seedbed, and can also be put in a non working position
to leave a rough ground surface with more clods (weather protected)
• Maintenance free bearings with 5 lips labyrinth sealing system +
steel protection cover
• 3 different positions of the knives aggressiveness are proposed + 1
“OFF” position. They are adjusted thanks to the long spanner
