Brain Potentials (ERPS)- Language, Memory and Aging
The proposed experiments aim to clarify the extent to which the organization of semantic memory &
semantic processes, especially as used in language comprehension, are indeed relatively spared from the
normal aging process, as is commonly believed. We assess the validity of this belief by examining
language comprehension processes across the lifespan with behavioral, neuropsychological, and
electrophysiological measures.
