Austfeed Vietnam was established in 2004 and is a joint venture cooperation between Australia
and Vietnam.
Austfeed Vietnam Corporation is a large animal feed manufacturer and food integrator
headquartered in Hung Yen province with three feedmills operating in Hung Yen and Binh Dinh,
and feedmils under construction in Nghe An and Dong Thap.
The current total Capacity of the 3 operating feedmills is 500,000 tons per year of feed for swine,
cattle and poultry. Austfeed feedmills are all equipped with state of the art technology from
world leading Buhler of Switzerland.
Austfeed has grown from humble beginnings in 2004 to be one of the biggest and best animal
feed manufacturers in Vietnam employing more than 1,000 people.
Austfeed has a Veterinary Pharmaceutical company based in Cai Lay in Tieng Giang, a Food
Production company manufacturing sausages, hams and cold cuts in Ha Nam, as well as poultry
and swine and sow farms in the north and centre of Vietnam.
Austfeed provides a complete Farm to Table operation
 Farms, based on quality imported genetics from the UK.
 Feed, pelleted animal feed in complete and concentrate form
 Veterinary medicines for cattle, pigs, poultry and aqua
 Food manufacturing of sausages, hams and cold custs ustilising Austfeed farm bred
meats.
While not the biggest agricultural corporation in Vietnam, Austfeed is one of only a few
companies in Vietnam that bring to the customer meat products, closely controlled from breed
through feed.
In 2010 and 2011, Austfeed was recognized with several prestigious awards in Vietnam and in
the Asian region,
“Outstanding Product Innovation Award” at Vietstock 2010,
”Best Feedmiller in Asia Award” at VIV Bangkok,
“Innovation Award” by the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam in 2011.
So, from humble beginnings as a small Feedmiller to a leading agribusiness integrator in the
food supply chain from Farm to Table, Austfeed provides safe meat products to the people of
Vietnam.
