Your opportunity:
As a member of the Leadership Team, Managing Director, Finance is a vital role in the growth of our start up retail electricity
business. In this role with Source Operations Group LLC, you will be responsible for leading the successful completion of the daily and
periodic finance and accounting functions to include cash forecasting, wholesale settlements, variance analysis, operational and financial
accounting and all reporting. In addition, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting efforts, maintain relationships with credit and
banking partners, and fulfill all financial reporting requirements of those partners and all regulatory entities. As this is a start-up, there is a
significant amount of hands-on work, but will shift to more management, team development, and providing strategic direction as the
company grows.

Your primary accountabilities:
 Supervise/Manage the Sr. Accountant in the performance of daily duties in the following areas to ensure accuracy and timely processing
o Wholesale Settlements/TDSP Remittances
o Accounts Payable
o Cash Application/Reconciliation
o Month-end financial close processes
o Fixed assets maintenance
o Amortization schedules
o Preparation/Filing of State and Local Taxes





Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting, and monthly reporting for compliance with credit covenants
Preparation of budgets, pro-forma statements, and forecasts
Coordinate external audit
Develop and implement internal controls and related documentation
Analysis of entry to new markets/acquisitions
Your qualifications:
 Business Degree with 7-10 years work experience, with some management experience
 Excellent communication and analytical skills
 Experience with FAS 133, preferred
 CPA, or candidate
 Energy Experience a definite plus
