In this project, you and your group will be creating a poster about photosynthesis. The goal of the
poster is to tell the story of photosynthesis and how a plant cell gets energy using this process. Make sure
the posters are colorful and include your names. The following information must be included:
Photosynthesis
o What the purpose of photosynthesis is
o What kind of organisms it occurs in
o Where each stage occurs
o The 2 stages of photosynthesis in detail (a detailed description of each process (i.e. what
molecules are involved as products and reactants)
o The chemical equation
o Energy Transfers
POSTER: Must have relative pictures to match each of the concepts and all of the above information.
Grade: Points will be given for the completed poster that will be recorded as a quiz grade.
