Wireless Services: This division focuses on the telecommunications wireless
sector and provides services that include cell tower design, engineering,
construction and decommissioning; cell tower site acquisition; cell tower
maintenance and repair; DAS network extension; and other civil, construction and
maintenance services related to the telecommunications wireless carriers.

Broadband Construction Services: This division focuses on the engineering,
underground construction, aerial construction, MDU construction, program
management and maintenance for broadband networks across the US.

Enterprise & Government Solutions: This division focuses on the enterprise
telecommunications sector (serving customers in the commercial, federal, state and
local government space) and provides services that include structured cable,
network and system design, implementation, managed services and maintenance of

BGG provides services within the wireless sector that include:

Network Upgrades: BGG provides technical upgrade services
for Long Term Evolution (LTE) moving our customers toward
the 4th generation (4G) of radio technologies designed to
increase capacity and speed of wireless networks.

DAS Networks: BGG provides Distributed Antenna Systems
(DAS) solutions that help wireless service providers deliver
network coverage in the most challenging environments with
both in-building solutions as well as outdoor distributed
systems. DAS also requires emergency power services
involving DC power, which BGG provides as part of its
portfolio of services.

Site Development and Tower Construction & Maintenance:
BGG provides site development, tower construction and
decommissioning services, as well as cell site maintenance

Structured Cabling Experience

The Big Green Group management team has extensive experience in providing
structured cable services from their years running operating Avaya’s structured cable
business, as well as starting the structured cable business for Vitel Communications,
which they grew into a $25 million business in 4 years.

In 2011, Big Green Group was one of only three vendors awarded Sprint’s
NETWORX Enterprise Contract with the U.S. Federal Government to perform inside
wiring/structured cable services for Sprint at Federal Government buildings
throughout the United States. BGG is performing work on the first structured cable
project under this contract at a Federal Government building in Tampa, Florida at this
time.

BGG will be receiving a contract in 2012 to perform structured cable services for
AT&T under AT&T’s NETWORX Enterprise Contract with the U.S. Federal
Government.
