Leadership is not the result of the title or
position; it is the result of interaction between
leaders and followers and can be exercised by
people young and old, in senior position or at the
lowest level of an organisation or community.
It is a process of influencing an organised group
toward accomplishing its goals.
What is my approach in developing the skills
of several Leaders, with different cultural
backgrounds and the successful employee
engagement, business and client outcomes
that. resulted.
GLOBE (Global Leadership and
Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness)
study identified
Leader attributes and behaviour universally across culture
viewed as,
Positive : Trustworthy, Just and Honest
Negative : Irritable, Egocentric, Ruthless and Dictatorial
The Dark Side of Leadership

• Inability to build and lead teams
• Inability to build relationship ;
• Inability to adapt
• In adequate preparation for promotion
