Kenneth Fahringer has been a UTA Member since 2012. He currently holds the position of an Inspector Manager for DEKRA Automotive North America based out of Marietta, GA. He has been with DEKRA since 2003 when it was formerly DEKRA TRS, LLC. He currently oversees the training and development activities for DEKRA Inspection and Inspectors. He oversees inspection processes and procedures that promote reliable Condition Reports and increase safety awareness for all customers through the development and application of a thorough and comprehensive vehicle inspection. Ken is responsible for ensuring all DEKRA inspectors generate consistently, thorough and accurate inspection results regardless of the inspection product (Trade Term, Safety, Damage Appraisal and Warranty) they are providing. Ken’s knowledge does include proper procedures and protocols for a complete and thorough DOT Inspection. Prior to joining DEKRA, Ken resided in Virginia. At which time he held several supervisory and lead positions. His record included generating average of $35K net revenue monthly. He has supervised several other technician and trained shop apprentices. His specific areas of expertise include diesel engines maintenance and repairs. Equipment includes construction equipment, trucks, and tractortrailers amongst many others. Mr. Fahringer also served in the United States Navy Seabees from 1983-1988 with an Honorable Discharge. During his service he was a Construction Mechanic Third (CM3). His responsibilities included maintenance of construction equipment, procuring parts through military and civilian channels, and serving as official photographer for North Atlantic I Med Cruise 1987.
