22 hours of frontal lessons
Main deepening subjects
• the consequences of Romanian accession to the EU
• economic and social cohesion-Lisbon Strategy
• the new programming period 2007-2013 of Structural Funds
and programs;

2.3 DISTANCE TUTORING
The period between the first and the second training course
( 20 May to 20 July) the Province of Pisa will give assistance for
project hypotesis and specific case of acknowledgement of
informations.

2.4 SECOND TRAINING COURSE
Arad County, 27-29 September
22 hours of frontal lessons
Main deepening subjects:
• the management of projects under the European territorial
cooperation
• the implementation of EU Regional Policy through national
instruments
• the operation of local autonomies in EU member States, with
particular attention to the Italian situation and experience

functionnaries of Province of Pisa and Santa Maria a
Monte

• Participation at regional meetings
• Joining development of Structural Fund projecting
