UPGRADE REGISTRATION FORM
Please consider the following before you apply:
1. Please fill in all parts (Part 1 to Part 5). Skipping any part may result in
rejecting your application.
2. You are not allowed to submit more than one application.
3. A project can’t be registered more than once. If the same project is
registered by another team member, the new registration will be rejected.
4. By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided is
accurate.
5. Please send the application form (in .pdf) and CVs (in .pdf) of project team
members to [email protected] . Forms and CVs received in MS Word will
not be accepted.
6. Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. The
confirmation e-mail is to notify you that your application is completed and
received. Your application will be considered for the first stage of evaluation
(Application Validation). To know more about evaluation stages please visit
Upgrade website.
7. Only those who pass the first stage of evaluation will be contacted to
proceed to the second stage. Please note that decisions made by the
selection committee are final and can’t be appealed.

* Overhead Cost: this is used to support the living of team members. The amount can be utilized
for transportation, food, accommodation, etc. The amount is allocated for the first year only. The
maximum amount that can be claimed is 120 OMR per month per team member for a maximum
of two team members. To be eligible for this amount, a team member claiming this amount must
be registered with Public Authority of Manpower Registration as UNEMPLOYED. All amounts are
payable based on deliverables and achievements.
