New York NY, May 6, 2015 – Majesco, the global provider of insurance software and
IT services, today announced that Denise Garth has joined the company and executive
team as Senior Vice President of Marketing – focusing on Strategic Marketing, Industry
Relations and Innovation. Denise will work closely with Majesco customers, partners
and the industry to support Majesco’s client centric strategy built on enabling business
transformation with software, consulting and IT services.

Garth is an industry veteran with domestic and international insurance and financial
services experience spanning all lines of business across L&A and P&C domains. The
combination of her extensive insurance business experience, global industry
engagement and deep IT knowledge bring a powerful combination of skills to Majesco.

Garth has held business and technology senior executive roles with leading insurance
companies, including Mutual of Omaha, CUNA Mutual and Century Cos. of America.
Garth was with ACORD for seven years as vice president, standards and membership
driving ACORD’s international expansion and market presence. As EVP, strategic
marketing and global head of market strategy for Innovation Group, she helped reestablish the company’s position through market-driven strategy and solutions. Most
recently she was Partner and Chief Digital Officer with Strategy Meets Action, leading
the Innovation Practice evaluating emerging technologies, outside industry trends, and
innovation and their implications and opportunities for the industry.
