Sealed Bid Auction
The Friends of Beaver Creek State Park, is a not for profit 501C3 all volunteer
organization that operates and maintains a historic pioneer village within Beaver
Creek State Park of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Parks and
Recreation located near East Liverpool, Ohio.
We received a donation of or about 231(*) tons of natural stone pavers 18 months ago.
On October 4, 2012 Equipment Appraisal Services of Youngstown Ohio appraised the
stone pavers at $52,210.00. We have decided these pavers do not meet our original
intent of use and the organization wishes to place them up for sale by using a sealed
bid auction format. The organization does maintain a reserve bid on the stone. All
bids must be received in our mail P.O. Box by the closing of the business day on April
12, 2013, or by hand delivery to the Pioneer Village Trading Post by noon of April 13,
2013. The organization will select the highest bid exceeding the reserve and notify
the recipient of the bid by phone if possible and follow with a written notification to
the address indicated by the recipient. Payment is to be by bank check, bank transfer
or money order and must be received in our mail P.O. Box or Bank checking account
by the closing of the business day on April 18, 2013. Reasonable removal time
period will be available subject to approval by Ohio State Parks. Removal process
shall be approved by Ohio State Parks representative.

Complete and submit page 2, bid form:
